CHARLES AGBEKO SEGLAH, was born in Tema, Ghana and started his Elementary education in Tema and Kumasi due to the nature of his father's job demanding transfers, he however proceeded to Tema Secondary school and graduated.
Charles graduated from Nyankpala Agricultural college and worked in the office of the director of POLICY PLANNING MONITORING AND EVALUATION DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE IN GHANA., He also attended the Institute of statistical, social and Economic Research (ISSER) in Legon.
Charles proceeded to study Practical Applications of Remote Sensing in At the Gregory Geo science Inc in Ottawa, Canada.
He also served as the Chairman of the Ghanaian Community of greater Lowell from 2009 to 2014.
Charles Currently works with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (Dept of Mental Health).
Charles is a Keen sportsman , plays Volleyball and table tennis.
